§ 3.21.01. Recreation, Outdoor, Commercial.

(A)

Property shall be at least one acre in size.

(B)

No outdoor commercial recreation facility shall be located within 300 feet of existing residences or property designated for residential use on the Future Land Use Map of Hardee County. This distance shall be measured from the boundary of the property on which the proposed outdoor recreation enterprise would be located.

(C)

Lighting to illuminate buildings, stages, open areas or advertising shall be designed so as to shine only on the subject property, and shall be directed away from any public street or residential area.

(D)

Outdoor recreation activities shall be subject to applicable Performance Standards provided in Section 3.14.00.

(E)

No building, mobile home, trailer, vehicle, or mechanical equipment shall be located within 50 feet of any property line.
